At Beautinow, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. While we hope you love your order, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our return and refund process.

Conditions for Returns
- Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition, with all packaging, cellophane, and tamper-resistant seals intact.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it. Please send us your request in writing.
- Any free gifts received with your order must also be returned. If not, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
- For peace of mind, we recommend taking a photo of your item before sending it back.
- Please note: Perfume samples and gift cards cannot be returned.
Return Fees
We do not offer free cancellations or returns. Our warehouse team works quickly to process and ship orders, which means a return fee applies to all cancellations or returns—no matter when the request is made. The fee depends on your country of residence. Please note: If your parcel is not collected in time or rejected at delivery, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How to Start a Return
- Reply directly to your order confirmation email or send a message to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your request is approved, we will send you a payment link for the return fee.
- After payment, you’ll receive your return label and instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you an update on your refund.
- Our team aims to process refunds within one week, but please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the transaction.
- A full refund is only possible if your return meets all conditions outlined above. Otherwise, necessary costs will be deducted.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to place a new order once your return is accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
