Amazing! The opening is very similar to Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry, but this one lasts a bit longer and has saffron in it.

Ich wollte mir den Lost Cherry kaufen aber als ich die Probe erhalten habe, war ich schockiert wie schnell der verfliegt. Einfach ein no go für den Preis.
Danach habe ich mich nach anderen Kirschdüften informiert. Und der Duchessa haut so richtig „auf die Fresse“ genau mein Fall. Nach einer Probe von Marc Gebauer war ich mir sicher.
Ich mag süße und starke Düfte. Der hat mir erstmal nicht zugesagt habe es aber dann den ganzen Tag einwirken lassen. Man erkennt nicht sofort die Kirsche am Anfang. Zumindest kam es mir so vor. Bei Lost Cherry kommt direkt die Kirsche. Und nur die Kirsche. Dann aber im Laufe des Tages gefiel es mir immer mehr. Dann habe ich die Tiefe des Duftes und die Variabilität des Duftes erkannt.

I love the scent but I only smell it for an hour…. Performance wise Wet Cherry by bohobocco is better.

I really like Duchessa ! It is my favorite scent by Gritti because of the realistic note of cherry. It lasts incredibly long and seems finely balanced. It also combines wonderfully with oud scents. This will be my autumn scent for 2024! I would say that it is definitely a uni sex perfume.
