Is the gift really free?
Completely. There’s no code, no added cost, and nothing to opt into. Because we buy at wholesale and occasionally over-order, we’d rather gift the surplus than store it — so you get a set worth up to €60 at full retail value, on us.
Can I receive more than one set?
You’ll receive the single highest-tier gift your order qualifies for. An order of €320, for example, unlocks the Ultimate Summer Oasis Set — not all three sets combined.
Why do the exact items in each set vary?
To support our sustainability and anti-waste goals, the specific scents and variations inside each set rotate based on real-time stock. The premium retail value of your gift is always fully guaranteed.
What if a discount code drops my total below the threshold?
Gift eligibility is based on your final order total. If a coupon brings you below a tier, that gift is removed automatically — top up your bag to unlock it again.
My gift arrived damaged — what now?
