Reviewing Amouage Black Iris ⚜️
Black Iris is among my best perfumes on my whole collection. The Interlude dna is defenetly there, without the oregano and the pimento notes, a beautifuly buttery, powdery Iris note and some spiciness is added to the formula given it a different texture and smoothness that fells so masterfuly done and refined. The quality exudes royalty!
As it evolves, the signature incense and resin notes give it a familiar smoky undertone where the Iris keeps everything calm and balanced.
The dry down is warm, with the amber and vanilla softening the smokiness. Interlude Man is bold and rough, when Black Iris feels serene and mysterious.
All Interlude scents are amazing but this one is something very special.

Este es un flagship de Amouage. Uno de los mejores aromas que se pueden adquirir. Un incienso amaderado muy longevo. Su proyección es más bien de corta-media distancia, para mi no es tan bestia azul como dicen. Podría valer para el día a día y como fragancia firma, pero personalmente lo considero más bien para ocasiones y narices especiales, no todo el mundo lo entenderá, por lo que puede llegar a ser polarizante, pero el toque distintivo lo vas a tener, seguro.

Personally makes my mouth water every time I put my nose to it; If you’re looking for a head turner that just screams wealth this is one of the most perfectly blended incense perfumes on the market, this is the one. Do not blind buy though, there’s a pimento and oregano note in here that you might need getting used to.
