Important Reminders

• Orders from countries outside of the EU (European Union) can be subjected to additional charges/VAT, please check your country’s regulations.
• Please note that we are unable to ship to Greek islands (including Crete, Aegean Islands, Ionian Islands, Saronic Islands, Northern Sporades, Cyclades, Corfu, Rhodes, Santorini, and Mykonos) or the Canary Islands (Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife). Only mainland Greece and mainland Spain are supported.
  

Free Shipping​

Delivery is free for orders over €50 for The Netherlands, Germany & Belgium. For other countries, the free shipping threshold varies by location. Please select your country above for specific details.

Delivery Times​

We partner with PostNL, FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email followed by a separate email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Partners & Estimated Times

To provide the most efficient service, we use specific carriers based on your location:

• The Netherlands & United Kingdom: Shipped via PostNL (Estimated 2–3 working days for NL; 1–3 weeks for UK due to customs).
• Other European Countries: Shipped via FedEx (Estimated 2–5 working days).
• Norway, Switzerland: 3-7 working days (plus possible customs delay).

Please Note: While we strive for speed, shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Possible delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures in certain regions.

Shipping Information​

We strive to deliver your orders quickly and securely using trusted shipping partners. The shipping company handling your order depends on your delivery destination:

• Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Great Britain: Your order will be shipped via PostNL.
• Other European Union countries (except Norway and Switzerland): Your order will be shipped via UPS.
• Norway and Switzerland: Your order will be shipped via FedEx.
