Here you will find frequently asked questions and answers. Before contacting customer service, we recommend that you take a look at the section below about your question. If the answer you are looking for is not there, you can contact our customer service here ( cs@beautinow.nl ) and ask them to help you.

If you’re based in the EU, you do not need to pay any custom fees. All taxes are already included in our prices. However, There are many questions regarding custom fees for UK customers, the answer is yes. After Brexit the custom fees will be at your own cost upon delivery. The exact amount of customs varies on each parcel. If you are unsure about why or how much you have to pay, please contact your local custom authorities.

Our warehouse is in the Netherlands and all orders are shipped from here, unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

If your order before 15:00 on weekdays, then we will ship on the same day! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Below you can find an estimate shipping time for your country. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed.

The Netherlands, Belgium: 1-2 days.

Germany: 2-3 days.

France: 5-7 days.

Other European countries: 1-2 weeks

If the courier could not fulfill the delivery, then it will be sent back to our warehouse. After receiving the parcel, we will investigate it and request a resend via email.

Please also check your local tracking code which you can find within the tracking link that we have sent you. Please wait until the maximum delivery time for your Shipping Zone has passed. If the status does not change after the maximum delivery time, then please contact customer service  ( cs@beautinow.nl )  at  and we will assist you further. 

 

Got your address wrong? We can change your address upon fulfilling your orders, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

However, if your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we will try our best to change the orders, but we cannot guarantee the success of the parcel delivery to the correct address.

We kindly ask you to fill in the address in the correct manner.

When the address is incorrect, the courier will not make the delivery and hold it in their depot. It is likely that your package will be sent back to us if the address does not receive changes. Please contact us at  and provide us with your order number and the correct address. We will relay your address change via our courier partner. Please wait until the courier has confirmed the redelivery. We recommend you keep yourself notified via the local track and trace.

However, if your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we will try our best to change the orders, but we cannot guarantee the success of the parcel delivery to the correct address.

If your order has been fulfilled, we have sent you a tracking number code for your order on your email. You can press it to check the tracking code.

We expect all items to arrive in perfect condition, however if on the rare occasion you do receive an item that seems to be faulty or damaged, please contact our online chat customer support or send your request to cs@beautinow.nl with the product picture and the external package at your earliest convenience.

You might receive a decoded product. Our distributors remove the code from some of the fragrances because they do not want the manufacturer to find out which country these items are coming from. Moreover, we don’t know what kind of brand will be decoded. we bought from official supplier, they determine decode or not, not us.

Yes, we are official partners of Bortnikoff, Olibere, Masque Milano and many more. With this partnership we can guarantee that we do not take chances selling fake products. We only sell original and high-quality products from verified suppliers.

Beautinow sells a large selection of fragrance sample vials and miniature collectibles. Department stores may offer these samples as gifts with purchase. But Beautinow purchases these products in bulk from our suppliers due to high demands and this allows us to offer a much lower cost for you. These samples, miniature sizes, and decants are 100% genuine, the packaging may differ from the original regular size perfumes. However, the quality of the perfume testers we are selling is 100% genuine. With its lower cost, it is a great way to test a fragrance before you invest. 

Beautinow’s mother company is a wholesaler which specializes in beauty products, with years of experience in the European market, we have developed an extensive beauty product network. Therefore, we are able to offer competitive prices on thousands of popular branded fragrances and beauty products. We negotiate for the best deals so that we can pass along the huge savings to our customers.

Unfortunately, we do not provide free samples of the product, even if you have purchased a full-sized bottle. You can find the samples under the same product, although, we do not provide it for all our products since we do not have it in stock. You can purchase it as an extra purchase of your full-sized bottle but unless there are exceptions and/or promotions, we are unable to give you free samples of your choice.

The free samples that can be chosen in your shopping cart, are the only ones available now. Therefore, we are unable to change your free samples.

Our website’s system gives automatic fraud analysis, and we are obligated to verify the customers’ identity as a precautionary measure. In case you received a notification from us, then please check out the email that we have sent to you, as it will be explained in detail.

As long as it has not been fulfilled yet and if it is still in stock then we can add the item in the same order. You send your request with your order number and desired product to this mail adress ( cs@beautinow.nl ). Otherwise please place a new order that include your desired perfumes.

Yes! You should immediately contact from here ( cs@beautinow.nl )as soon as you place your order with the order number and let them know when you want your order to be dispatched.

Unfortunately once you have placed your order without the discount, the Customer Service team cannot add it to the same order. However, you can freely use it in your next order. Please make sure to not forget to use it!

If the order has not been dispatched, we can cancel the order for you. If the order has been dispatched, please reject it at your front of door and the shpping fee will be deduted in your final refund. Please contact us at your earliest convenience.

This depends on the situation. If your order has been cancelled due to you asking us to cancel it for you (only before it has been dispatched) or because the products are out of stock, the Customer Service team will refund it to you as soon as possible. Depending on your bank account, the refunds usually take from 1 up to 7 business days to get back into your account.

If you have chosen to return a product to our company within the 14 days timeframe, your refund will be issued after our professionals carefully check if your returned product is in good condition. Of course, if the product has been unsealed and unused, you will be fully refunded after the inspection. If the product has been used, unsealed and generally in not a good order, you will be partially refunded according to the state of the product.

If one or more products in your order are out of stock, you will be notified by the Customer Service team about this issue. The product that is out of stock will be taken out of your order and you will be refunded for that product. Bare in mind that refunds take from 1-7 business days to be re-issued into your account based on your bank.

For orders from Beautinow, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused, and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and any cellophane intact.

You must notify us in writing that you are returning your purchase within 14 days, beginning the day on which you receive the product.

Please ensure that you also return any free gifts associated with your returned items or the related order. If the free gift isn’t returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.

We recommend that you take a photo of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about any damage on the way of shipping.

Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perfume samples or gift cards.

The shipping cost for returns will be paid in advance based on the invoice we sent you, except for the cases that are requested from us. Please notice that we also charge the shipping fee if the parcel gets returned automatically to us because it’s not picked up in time or it’s rejected upon delivery. Out of every postage we charge, a tree will be planted in the Forest of Beautinow empowered by Tree-Nation to compensate for the CO2 emissions caused by extra transportation.

To start a return, please reply directly to the confirmation email you received when you placed the order, or send your request to this e-mail with a screenshot of the confirmation email and the picture of your products as an attachment

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Every return package needs to be quality checked by our quality and compliance officers. This process could take a while depending on the volume of returned packages. If your return shows as “RECEIVED” via the tracking number, this indicates that your package has been received BY the quality and compliance warehouse. This means that it might take a little while before your return can be processed and you can be refunded/be sent a replacement item again. In general, we receive return parcels twice a month.

We have a loyalty program which you can find on the left side of your screen as the ‘REWARDS’ tab. We offer a points program, referral program and VIP tiers that can be claimed through the points program.

In the ‘REWARDS’ tab, you can find the rules and prices.

Points can be obtained through a few methods: Subscribing to the newsletter, leaving a review, placing an order, creating an account and entering your birthday. Your earned points will level up your VIP tier and benefit you with discounts. Moreover, points can also be redeemed in ‘Get rewards’. There you can find ways to redeem.
