For orders from Beautinow, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused, and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and any cellophane intact.
- You must notify us in writing that you are returning your purchase within 14 days, beginning the day on which you receive the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you have signed up for a sample trial of one of the selected perfumes, the return period is 7 days beginning on the day you receive the product.
- Please ensure that you also return any free gifts that are associated with your return items or the related order. If the free gift isn’t returned, then we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.
- We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey.
Start a return
To start a return or ask questions, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns from clients who exhibit unusual or suspect return behavior.
Returns of orders that meet the “free shipping” condition will be completely free of charge, otherwise it may involve a certain amount of postage that varies according to your address. If the package is returned due to reasons out of our control (for example, the address is provided wrongly and we receive no correction from your side, or the package stays in the pick-up point for over 7 days and is automatically shipped back to us), the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perfume samples or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
