The best way to track the delivery of your order is to click on the tracking link in your order dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in to your Account and select the order you would like to track. Click on 'Track Shipment' in the lower right corner for an update on the delivery date. You may contact customer support via email (cs@beautinow.nl) or live chat if you require more assistance.
*Please note that due to the customs clearance process, the delivery time to the UK could differ from 5-45 days.
**Please note that if you paid for your order with Klarna. We may need 2-3 working days to receive the payment. In this case the order will be dispatched shortly after we receive the payment.
Please check the estimated delivery date on the despatch confirmation email. Please note that the date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. Contact the respective delivery company first. The actual delivery date depends on the delivery company.
Yes, you can have more than one delivery address, you can find it at the checkout stage. Your order will automatically default to any saved addresses but you can choose to add a different one by unclicking 'My billing and shipping address are the same and filling in the form in more detail.
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return or exchange your purchases as long as they are undamaged, unused, and still in their original packing with all tags and labels attached.
Start a return
To start a return, you can contact us at cs@beautinow.nl. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey.
How long does it take to return an item?
This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three working days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take up to 1 week for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

We're sorry to know that your ordered items have arrived damaged. Please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via cs@beautinow.nl with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

Beautinow’s mother company is a wholesaler which specializes in beauty products, with years of experience in the European market, we have developed an extensive beauty product network. Therefore, we are able to offer competitive prices on thousands of popular branded fragrances and beauty products. We negotiate for the best deals so that we can pass along the huge savings to our customers.
Beautinow sells a large selection of fragrance sample vials and miniature collectibles. Department stores may offer these samples as gifts with purchase. But Beautinow purchases these products in bulk from our suppliers due to high demands and this allows us to offer a much lower cost for you. These samples, miniature sizes, and decants are 100% genuine, the packaging may differ from the original regular size perfumes. However, the quality of the perfume testers we are selling is 100% genuine. With its lower cost, it is a great way to test a fragrance before you invest.
We remove the code from some of the fragrances because we do not want the manufacturer to find out which country these items are coming from. We are able to offer you great prices because we have a wide network of official distributors from all over Europe. Because many niche brands do not allow their perfumes to be sold with discounts, we need to protect our distributors and decrease the chances a brand can track them down. Many niche brands perform buy-backs in order to trace down such activity, which means that we need to be careful if we want to be able to offer our customers a fair price on luxury perfumes. We understand your concern, but can absolutely guarantee that we would not put in such effort to protect our suppliers if the goods were not authentic. Decoding is not a requirement of all distributors we cooperate with, but in some cases it is a requirement that we must respect if we want to have the ability to offer you discounted prices.
